This foldable 20ft container house is our best-selling living module, designed to cut shipping costs while keeping most interior work factory-finished. Unlike rigid non-foldable houses, it collapses flat for compact transport, and two workers can finish assembly in roughly 80 minutes without complicated tools. Product Description

Folded dimension: 6m × 2.3m × 0.5m; three folded units fit into one 40ft shipping container to save freight. Unfolded size reaches 6m × 2.3m × 2.6m with 13.8㎡ usable indoor space. Four heavy hinges plus auto-align pins are installed on each long edge, linking roof, walls and floor into one connected assembly-no separate loose hardware required. After unfolding and locking corner bolts, simply connect the built-in power plug, plug into a 230V power source or generator, and the unit is ready to occupy right away.

50mm EPS Sandwich Wall Panels

Wall structure uses 50mm EPS core panels with 0.4mm steel skins, thermal R-value 10 and Class B2 fire rating. Interior cladding is 3mm off-white PVC gypsum board, matched with 2.5mm light oak vinyl flooring for comfortable daily use.

Doors, Windows & Heating Gear

Two 800×1000mm casement windows with sliding anti-mosquito screens are preset on walls. A steel insulated entry door with mortise lock provides safe privacy. A 1.5kW 230V electric heater with thermostat comes pre-installed for cold weather.

Factory pre-wired electric parts include four LED downlights, three double sockets, a 16A power inlet and small RCD breaker box, fully meeting daily living power demands.

Transportation & Installation Guide

Finished units are folded flat before delivery. Multiple units load into one shipping container to cut transport cost. On-site assembly only needs two workers, no professional construction tools required. After unfolding and locking all corners, connect the power joint between floor and roof, switch on electricity and all facilities work normally. The whole unit can be moved and re-assembled repeatedly without damaging internal decoration.
