30ft Two Bedrooms Expandable Container House

This expandable unit comes with a long 9m base frame. It can stretch out both side wings to get 56 square meters of usable space after full expansion. The standard layout is one big living hall, two bedrooms, one kitchen and one restroom, which comfortably holds 3 to 6 people.
Most assembly work is finished in our factory. All wall boards, doors, windows, wires and water pipes are pre-installed. When folded narrow, one full set can be loaded into a single 40HQ high cube container, which cuts down your sea transport cost a lot. It works well for long-term living, holiday cabins, site staff dorms and temporary settlement houses.

Product Description
Normal single-width container rooms always feel cramped. This 30ft expandable model solves that issue well. It adopts dual side sliding wing design. Two sides can stretch out at the same time to make a wide open living area.
All frame parts use thick galvanized steel, so the whole house stays firm after repeated unfolding. All wall panels have built-in EPS insulation to keep indoor temperature steady in hot summer and cold winter. The full set weighs 5.8 tons, strong enough for long-time outdoor use.
Setup work is simple. You only need flat and solid ground. Two workers can finish unfolding, locking frames and connecting power within two hours. No heavy construction machines or on-site cutting work required.

Thick Galvanized Steel Frame
We use heavy galvanized square tubes for all load-bearing beams to stop rust, even in coastal humid areas.
● Top side beam: 801403.0mm galvanized square tube
Bottom side beam: 801402.75mm galvanized square tube
● End beam & vertical column: 3.0mm thick bent steel plate
● Wing frame: 4080/6080 galvanized tube, matched with 130mm thick galvanized folding hinges
● Lifting corner fitting: L210W150H160mm standard galvanized lifting head, easy for crane loading Whole frame surface uses electrostatic baking paint for anti-corrosion protection. With regular maintenance, the frame can keep stable use for over 15 years.
Insulated Wall & Roof Panels
All wall and roof boards are pre-made in our workshop, no secondary processing needed on site.
● Outer wall: 65mm thick 950 type EPS sandwich panel, double-sided 0.3mm color steel sheet
● Inner partition wall: 50mm thick EPS sandwich panel, good sound insulation between bedrooms
● Top roof: 50mm EPS composite board plus 0.4mm corrugated steel sheet, full waterproof treatment on all joints All panels fit tightly with rubber seal strips to block rain and wind leakage.
Easy On-Site Installation
You don't need professional construction teams to finish installation. Only level concrete or compact gravel ground works as foundation. All bolt holes, window frames and door frames are pre-drilled and pre-mounted at factory. All wire and water pipelines reserve flexible connecting ends. Workers only need to unfold two wings, lock all hinges and connect power supply. Basic hand tools like wrenches are enough for the whole job.
Sturdy Floor Structure
Whole floor base uses 18mm fire-resistant magnesium board. The surface is covered with wear-proof PVC floor leather, scratch resistant and easy to wipe clean. The floor can bear daily furniture, kitchen equipment and normal walking load without bending.
Standard Doors & Windows
● Main entrance door: 840*2035mm solid steel fireproof door with anti-pry lock
● Windows: Six sets of 930*930mm plastic steel inward tilt windows, double layer glass for heat and noise insulation All window and door frames come with complete sealing strips to avoid air gaps. We can change window material to aluminum alloy if you have extra demand.
Complete Pre-Wired Electric Circuit
The whole electric system is fully assembled and tested before delivery.
● Standard power: 220V 50Hz. We can adjust socket types and circuit standards for US, EU, Australia and Canada export orders
● Wire size standard: 6mm² main incoming wire, 4mm² wire for air conditioners, 2.5mm wire for regular sockets, 1.5mm wire for ceiling lamps
● Supporting total power: 12KW Pre-installed fittings include large LED ceiling lights, international three-hole & five-hole sockets, single and double light switches. Full leakage protection set is equipped for safe use.

Transport & Installation Steps
Each whole house is prefabricated and folded compactly in our factory. All frames, wall boards, doors, windows and matching accessories are packed as one full set for sea or land delivery.
- Site preparation: Level and compact the ground. Reinforced cement base is better for permanent use
- Unloading: Use crane or forklift to move folded unit to fixed position
- Level adjustment: Twist bottom support legs to keep whole frame horizontal
- Unfold two side wings, lock all folding hinges and connecting bolts tightly
- Mount doors and windows, connect house wire to local power supply
- Seal all panel joints with matching structural glue
- Final check: Test all lamps, sockets and door/window tightness
Two workers can finish all above steps within 2 hours, then the house can be put into use right away.
