The 20ft Modular Prefab Mobile Garden Office is a foldable flat-pack independent workspace, specially developed for private backyard and courtyard placement. Different from ordinary metal folding containers with rigid appearance, this unit adopts wood grain fiber cement exterior panels and supports optional pre-planted sedum green roof, which can perfectly match courtyard green plants and residential landscape. All components are split flat for factory delivery, no heavy lifting equipment needed for on-site assembly, and the whole house can be fully disassembled and relocated after use. After full unfolding, the indoor usable area reaches 14.4 square meters, and multiple interior layout schemes can be customized to meet the needs of remote office, art creation, yoga teaching, psychological consultation and other personal scenarios.

The unfolded external dimension of the 20ft Modular Prefab Mobile Garden Office is 6000mm × 2400mm × 2500mm, and the internal usable space is 14.4 ㎡. When folded for transportation, the overall size is 6000mm × 2400mm × 330mm, and the total weight of the finished product is about 920kg. Eight folded finished units can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container, which can effectively reduce customers' ocean freight expenditure. This product covers multiple usage scenarios, including family independent office, artist creation studio, private yoga room, offline consulting room, backyard leisure reading area and temporary small pop-up stall. We can provide diversified interior layout customization, such as open single working area, layout with built-in storage cabinets, layout with mini sink kitchenette, and layout with independent rest corner, to match different personal use demands.

Strong and Durable Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure

The main bearing frame adopts Q235 hot-dip galvanized square tube to strengthen anti-corrosion ability for long-term outdoor use. All main frame steel plates are 1.5mm thick, with zinc coating weight of 80g per square meter. M12 × 35 high-strength bolts are used for all structural splicing positions, and 34 pieces of high-strength galvanized hinges are equipped for folding connection of wall plates and roof. The whole frame surface is treated with polyethylene electrostatic powder spraying and matte white baking varnish. Under normal outdoor placement conditions without artificial damage, the service life of the steel main frame can reach 10 to 15 years.

Dual Optional Thermal Insulation Wall Panel System

We provide two wall panel schemes for customers to choose according to different budget levels:

Standard high thermal insulation version: 70mm thick PIR polyisocyanurate insulation board, double-sided aluminum foil barrier film, thermal resistance R-value up to 20, which can greatly reduce indoor temperature fluctuation in summer and winter, and cut daily air conditioning power consumption.

Cost-effective alternative version: V-950 type 50mm color steel composite board, double-sided 0.27mm orange peel texture color steel plate, built-in 55kg/m³ flame-retardant EPS core, Class A fire protection grade, thermal insulation R-value 6.3. All wall splicing gaps are equipped with full-length D-type rubber sealing strips, which can effectively block wind, dust and rainwater penetration. The outer decorative surface is wood grain fiber cement board, with two color options of natural oak grain and walnut grain. The surface is covered with anti-UV coating, and no secondary painting maintenance is required within 10 years. Customers can also choose to add pre-grown sedum mat green roof accessories, which can lower indoor temperature, absorb rainwater and reduce outdoor noise, and further improve the coordination with courtyard greening.

Fast and Labor-Saving Flat-Pack Installation

Only flat and solid ground such as lawn, gravel or concrete blocks is needed as the placement base. All cutting, welding, drilling and electrical wiring procedures are completed in the factory before delivery. After arriving at the site, there is no need for cranes, forklifts and other large machinery. Only two workers with common hand tools can complete all assembly work within about 2.5 hours, with simple operation and low labor cost. Each component is printed with independent serial numbers, which is convenient for workers to sort and install on site quickly.

Reinforced Moisture-Proof Elevated Floor System

The bottom bearing frame is made of customized galvanized square tube, the main beam specification is 60 × 120 × 6000mm with wall thickness 1.5mm, and the auxiliary beam is Q235B galvanized square tube 40 × 60 × 2320mm with wall thickness 1.5mm. The floor base plate is 15mm thick magnesium oxide board, reaching Class A fire protection standard. The surface decorative layer is 8mm thick wear-resistant engineering bamboo floor, without formaldehyde release, scratch-resistant and durable. The bottom of the whole floor frame is equipped with adjustable plastic composite support feet, the height adjustment range is 40mm to 120mm, which can lift the whole house away from damp ground, realize horizontal adjustment on uneven lawn, and will not crush lawn turf. The floor walkway bearing capacity reaches 4.2KN/m², which can meet daily office and light storage needs.

Standard Door, Window and Complete Moisture-Proof Electrical Matching

Window Configuration

Standard large viewing window: 2400mm × 1200mm fixed double hollow insulating glass window, facing the garden, with wide field of vision and sound insulation and heat insulation effect;

Standard side ventilation window: small openable casement window with built-in anti-mosquito screen, convenient for daily indoor and outdoor air circulation;

Optional upgraded window: two 935 × 935mm thickened double-glazed plastic steel sliding windows with security grille, stronger anti-theft performance.

Entrance Door

970mm × 1970mm solid wood anti-theft security door, equipped with anti-theft lock cylinder and windproof door stop, tight sealing to block outdoor wind and rain.

Electrical System

All wiring is pre-installed in the factory in accordance with moisture-proof electrical specifications, and all electrical accessories meet international standards.

Weather-Resistant Roof Design

The roof waterproof layer adopts 0.37mm thick 360° lock seam color steel single tile, the thermal insulation layer is 100mm thick glass wool roll blanket with density of 12kg/m³, and a whole layer of vapor barrier moisture-proof film is laid under the thermal insulation layer, with excellent heat preservation, moisture resistance and waterproof performance. The roof uniform load capacity is 1.0KN/m², the wall lateral pressure resistance is 0.5KN/m², the whole house passes Class A fire protection test, Grade 8 earthquake resistance and Grade 10 wind resistance test, and can adapt to various outdoor complex weather environments.

How are they transported and installed?

Our flat-pack modular garden offices are designed to save shipping space and shorten on-site assembly time. The whole unit can be split into flat parts in the factory, and eight folded finished products can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container, which can greatly reduce the ocean freight cost for bulk orders. All frame parts, wall panels, roof accessories, doors, windows and electrical fittings are fully prefabricated before delivery, and each component is marked with serial numbers to facilitate workers to sort and assemble quickly on site.

A flat and solid ground foundation is required before installation. After unloading the goods, place the adjustable plastic support feet according to the size of the base frame to adjust the horizontal level, then two workers can complete the whole assembly within 2.5 hours by referring to the detailed graphic installation manual, without any cranes or heavy mechanical equipment.
