Product Description

Most standard container boxes stay narrow and cramped, but this expandable model solves that pain point. It's split into a fixed main section and a sliding expandable wing. When fully opened, the total floor space hits around 37 square meters, enough for 2 to 4 people to live comfortably.

The roof has a tiny 1-degree slope to drain rainwater away, and it can support lightweight rooftop decks or green plant layers if you want extra outdoor space. When folded down for transport, the width shrinks to just 2.2 meters, which fits standard truck and container limits without oversize fees.

Setup is straightforward. After leveling the ground, one person can push the hydraulic wing open in under two minutes (electric pump optional). Two or three workers can lock all frames, fit doors and windows, and hook up electrics within 3 hours tops. If you need more space later, you can stack two units vertically or link multiple houses side by side.

Heavy Galvanized Steel Frame & Expandable Wing System

Every frame part uses thick galvanized steel tubes to stop rust even in coastal or rainy regions.

● Main top beam: 80802.5mm square tube; main bottom beam: 801402.75mm square tube

● Side wing frame: 4080/6080 galvanized tubes with 130mm heavy-duty folding hinges

● All bent corner pieces use 2.0mm thick steel plate

● Lifting corners measure L210W150H160mm, easy for crane loading/unloading With proper outdoor maintenance, the whole frame stays solid for 15 years or longer. The sliding wing passes repeated open-close testing without loose joints.

Insulated Wall & Roof Panels

We use EPS sandwich panels as standard, with different thicknesses for different parts to balance insulation and cost.

● Outer wall: 65mm double-sided 0.3mm color steel EPS board

● Inner partition walls: 50mm EPS sandwich panels

● Roof layer: 50mm EPS composite board plus 0.4mm corrugated steel sheet, covered with full waterproof sealing

● Ceiling inside: 50mm integrated color steel ceiling panels All panels block heat well, keeping interiors cool in summer and warm through cold winters. You can upgrade to PU foam panels for extra thermal performance if your project sits in extreme hot or cold zones.

Simple, Fast On-Site Setup

No complicated welding or cutting on your site-we finish all fabrication, drilling and wiring inside our factory before delivery. You only need flat concrete or compacted gravel ground as a base. Basic hand tools (wrenches, rubber mallets) are all you need for assembly. Pre-cut bolt holes, pre-mounted window and door frames save tons of installation time. All wires on the expandable wing connect via flexible cables, no messy re-wiring required.

Sturdy Floor Structure

The base floor uses 18mm thick fire-resistant magnesium board, which holds daily living loads without bending. We cover it with wear-proof PVC floor leather that resists scratches and water spills. Floor load meets regular residential standards, safe for furniture, kitchen equipment and daily foot traffic.

How are they transported and installed?

Every house is pre-built and folded tight in our factory. All frames, panels, doors, windows and electric parts come packed as one complete kit for sea or land delivery.

Site prep: Level and compact the ground; cement base works best, gravel ground is acceptable after flattening
Unloading: Use a forklift or crane to move the folded unit into position
Level adjustment: Twist support legs to keep the whole frame balanced
Expand the wing: Start hydraulic pump to slide the side wing fully open, lock all bolts tight
Finishing work: Fit windows/doors, connect power supply, seal all panel joints with matching sealant
Final check: Test all lights, sockets and door/window seals before move-in
