Basic Description

Folded transport size measures 2950mm long, 2200mm wide and 2480mm high. After both side wings are fully extended and locked, the outer dimensions expand to 2950mm × 6300mm × 2480mm, with internal usable space of roughly 16.5㎡.

The middle core section stays fixed, and the two side wings fold out on heavy-duty 130mm galvanized hinges. All wall panels, roof sections and floor parts stay connected through the whole folding process, so there is no pile of loose parts to sort out when you set it up. The floor uses 18mm thick fire-resistant magnesium oxide boards, sturdy enough for daily furniture and foot traffic. Outer walls are built with 75mm EPS sandwich panels, and inner partition walls use 50mm panels for basic thermal insulation and sound dampening.

One steel fire-rated entry door installs on the front, and four 930×930mm PVC casement windows let in plenty of natural light across both side walls. The full 220V electrical system runs pre-wired from the factory, including ceiling lights, power sockets and light switches, ready to connect straight to mains power.

Galvanized Steel Main Frame

The core frame uses thick galvanized square tubes - 80×80×2.5mm for top side beams, 80×100×2.75mm for bottom side beams - welded solid for long-term structural strength. Wing frames use lighter 40×80×1.5mm P-shaped and square tubes. Every steel part goes through electrostatic powder coating in plain white finish to resist rust and outdoor weathering. Four galvanized lifting lugs sit on top corners for easy crane handling.

EPS Sandwich Wall & Roof Panels

Outer walls, front and back panels all use 950-type 65mm thick EPS color steel sandwich panels with 0.3mm steel skins on both sides. Roof panels add an extra 0.4mm corrugated steel sheet on the outside for better rain runoff and weather protection. Inner ceiling and partition walls use 50mm thick EPS sandwich panels. The EPS core provides basic thermal insulation to keep indoor temperatures more stable than a plain steel shed.

Pre-Wired Electrical Setup

The whole unit runs on 220V 50Hz standard supply. Wiring gauge matches each circuit: 6mm² for main incoming line, 4mm² for air conditioner outlets, 2.5mm² for regular sockets and 1.5mm² for lighting circuits. Large ceiling lights provide main illumination, and standard 3-pin / 5-pin international sockets install at convenient wall positions. Socket and switch standards can be customized to match different countries.

Delivery & On-Site Setup

Folding design is where this model really saves you money on shipping. Four fully folded units load into one 40ft high cube container, cutting per-unit ocean freight significantly compared with rigid non-foldable houses.

On site, you only need a flat, level base - compacted gravel, concrete slab or pier footings all work fine. Two workers unfold both side wings, lock all connecting bolts, seal the floor joints with the included structural sealant, then hook up the main power cable. Basic setup takes roughly two hours from delivery to ready-for-use. We supply a small accessory kit with waterproof tape, lifting slings, structural adhesive and a caulking gun to cover all on-site finishing work.
