All frames, wall panels, doors, windows and internal wiring assemblies are fully finished in our factory ahead of delivery. Pre-drilled bolt holes and pre-mounted door/window frames come pre-installed, so crews skip tedious cutting and welding on-site. The structure passes wind, rain and seismic resistance testing, and fits all types of flat ground foundation for domestic and overseas projects.

Robust Galvanized Steel Frame Construction
Both the central main frame and two side wing frames are constructed from high-grade galvanized steel profiles, holding up well in rainy, humid and seaside areas without easy rusting.
● Main frame: 80802.5mm square tubes for top and side horizontal beams; 801402.75mm square tubes for bottom support beams; 2.0mm bent steel sheets for top/bottom end frames and vertical support columns.
● Wing frame: 40801.5mm P-shaped steel and square tubes for upper frames; 60801.5mm square tubes for bottom wing frames, paired with 130mm galvanized folding hinges for smooth opening and closing.
● The whole metal frame goes through electrostatic plastic spray and baking paint treatment. With regular outdoor maintenance, the frame can last up to 15 years.
Thermal Insulated Wall & Roof Panels
We use EPS color steel composite panels as standard, balancing heat retention, noise blocking and basic fire protection.
● Outer roof layer: 950 type 50mm EPS composite board with double-sided 0.3mm color steel, plus 0.4mm corrugated steel sheet. Its 360° interlocking structure stops rainwater seepage effectively.
● Indoor ceiling: Matching 50mm thick EPS sandwich panels for a neat, smooth interior finish.
● Outer wall panels: 65mm thick 950 type EPS boards; inner partition walls use thinner 50mm panels, with an STC 35 sound insulation rating to block outside noise.
Quick On-Site Assembly Work
You only need flat compact gravel or concrete ground to place this house. All heavy fabrication steps are completed inside our factory before shipment. Every set ships with pre-punched bolt holes, pre-installed door and window frames, plus a full set of sealing accessories. You'll just need a crane or forklift to unload the folded unit; 2 to 3 workers with simple hand tools can finish unfolding and full assembly within 3–4 hours. All panel seams come with matching rubber strips and structural sealant, so buyers don't need extra waterproof coating after installation.
