The unfolded external dimension of the 20ft Modular Prefab Mobile Garden Office is 6000mm × 2400mm × 2500mm, and the internal usable area is 14.4 ㎡. When folded flat for transport, the overall size is 6000mm × 2400mm × 330mm, and total assembled weight is around 920kg. Eight complete folded units can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container, greatly cutting down ocean freight costs. This structure boasts a wide range of applications, including private home office, artist studio, yoga training room, therapy consulting room, backyard leisure lounge and temporary pop-up booth. Multiple interior layout designs are available, including open single workspace, layout with built-in storage partitions, layout with mini kitchenette, and layout with independent rest nook, matching various personal usage scenarios.

Strong and Durable Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Structure

Constructed with Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel frame for enhanced long-term corrosion resistance. Main frame beams are made of 1.5mm galvanized steel with a zinc coating weight of 80g per square meter. M12 × 35 high-strength bolts are used for all structural connections, with 34 sets of heavy-duty galvanized hinges for folding joints. The whole frame surface adopts polyethylene electrostatic powder coating and matte white baking varnish process. Under normal outdoor operating conditions, the service life of the main steel structure can reach 10-15 years.

Dual Optional Insulated Wall System

Two wall panel options are available for different budget demands:

Standard high-performance version: 70mm thick PIR polyisocyanurate insulation board with double-sided aluminum foil facings, R-value up to 20 for outstanding heating and cooling efficiency.

Cost-effective alternative version: V-950 type 50mm thick color steel composite panel; 0.27mm orange peel texture color coated steel on both sides, 55kg/m³ flame-retardant EPS core, Class A fire resistance rating, insulation value R-6.3. All wall panel splicing gaps are fitted with D-type full-length rubber sealing strips for dustproof, windproof and waterproof performance. Exterior decorative cladding is wood-textured fiber cement panels, available in natural oak or walnut finish with long-lasting UV-resistant coating that requires no repainting for 10 years. Optional pre-grown sedum mat green roof module is offered for better landscape integration, noise reduction and heat insulation.

Fast and Labor-Saving Flat-Pack Installation

Only a flat, level lawn, gravel or concrete base is required as foundation. All cutting, welding, drilling and electrical wiring work are fully completed at the factory before shipment. After delivery, no crane or heavy machinery is required; just two workers with regular hand tools can finish full assembly within about 2.5 hours, featuring simple operation and lower labor costs. Every component is printed with serial numbers to speed up on-site sorting and assembly.

Reinforced Moisture-Proof Elevated Floor System

The bottom load-bearing frame uses custom galvanized square tubes (60 × 120 × 6000mm main beams, 40 × 60 × 2320mm auxiliary beams, 1.5mm wall thickness). The floor base is 15mm magnesium oxide board with Class A fire resistance rating. The decorative surface layer on the base board is 8mm thick wear-resistant eco-friendly engineered bamboo flooring, formaldehyde-free and scratch-resistant. Adjustable plastic composite feet (40mm to 120mm height) are installed under the whole floor frame, lifting the unit away from damp ground and enabling leveling on uneven terrain without damaging lawn turf. The floor walkway load capacity reaches 4.2KN/m².

Standard Door, Window & Electrical Full Configuration

Windows: 1 large fixed viewing picture window (2400mm × 1200mm double hollow insulated glass) facing the garden; 1 small openable side casement ventilation window with built-in anti-mosquito screen. Optional upgrade: two 935 × 935mm thickened double-glazed plastic steel sliding windows with security grille.

Entrance door: 970mm × 1970mm solid wood anti-theft security door, complete with lock cylinder and windproof door stop.

Full Pre-installed Moisture-proof Electrical System

4mm² national standard flexible copper main incoming wire, 1 set of 40A residual current circuit breaker, four double-position power sockets (one integrated with USB-A and USB-C fast charging ports), dedicated 4mm² socket reserved for mini split AC, two sets of 3000K warm white LED surface-mounted ceiling lamps, pre-wired base for ceiling fan installation. A pre-buried through-wall Ethernet conduit is reserved to run household network cables into the workspace for stable wired office network.

Weather-Resistant Roof Design

The roof adopts 0.37mm thick 360° lock seam color-coated steel single tile as waterproof layer. The thermal insulation layer is 100mm glass wool roll blanket with density of 12kg/m³, with full vapor barrier moisture-proof layer attached. It delivers excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance and waterproof performance. Roof uniform load capacity reaches 1.0KN/m², lateral wall pressure resistance is 0.5KN/m². The whole unit passes Grade 8 earthquake resistance and Grade 10 wind resistance tests.

How are they transported and installed?

Our flat-pack modular garden offices are engineered for ultra-space-saving shipping and super fast on-site on-site assembly. The whole unit can be split flat in factory, so up to eight folded complete sets can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container to cut ocean freight greatly. All frames, wall panels, roof parts, doors, windows and electrical fittings are fully prefabricated before delivery, each component marked with serial numbers for quick sorting.

A flat and level ground foundation is required prior to installation. After offloading, simply arrange the adjustable plastic support feet to level the base frame, then two workers can complete the whole assembly within 2.5 hours following our detailed graphic installation manuals, no cranes or heavy machinery needed.
