Product Description
The 20ft Two Expandable Container House redefines high-efficiency modular housing for cross-border export and domestic engineering projects. Different from traditional flat pack container houses, its bilateral wings can be fully unfolded on-site to create a spacious living area of 37㎡, while folded into a narrow profile for sea freight, cutting transport volume remarkably.
Every structural component, wall panel, door, window and electrical fitting is fully prefabricated in the factory, with pre-reserved bolt holes and pre-installed frames, realizing tool-free rapid assembly on site. The house is designed to adapt to various foundation conditions, with outstanding windproof, waterproof and seismic performance, meeting the usage needs of different regions and scenarios around the world.

Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel Frame Structure
The whole house frame (including main frame and wing frame) is made of high-quality galvanized steel pipes, with excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance, suitable for coastal, rainy and high-humidity regions.
● Main frame: 80802.5mm square tube for top and bottom side beams, 801402.75mm square tube for bottom side beams, 2.0mm thick bent steel plates for top and bottom end beams, and 2.0mm thick bent steel plates for steel columns.
● Wing frame: 40801.5mm P-shaped tubes and square tubes for top frame, 60801.5mm square tubes for bottom frame, matched with 130mm galvanized folding hinges for smooth unfolding and folding.
● The whole frame is treated with electrostatic plastic spraying and baking paint process, with a service life of up to 15 years under normal natural conditions.
Insulated Wall & Roof System
Equipped with high-performance EPS color steel composite panels, with balanced thermal insulation, sound insulation and fire resistance.
● External roof: 950-type 50mm thick EPS color steel composite panels (0.3mm thick double-sided color steel) + 0.4mm thick corrugated single plate, with 360° interlocking design for excellent waterproof performance.
● Internal ceiling: 950-type 50mm thick EPS color steel composite panels (0.3mm thick double-sided color steel) for a smooth and beautiful interior.
● Wall panels: 950-type 65mm thick EPS color steel composite panels (0.3mm thick double-sided color steel) for side walls and front/rear walls; 50mm thick EPS color steel composite panels for internal partition walls, with good sound insulation effect (STC 35).
Fast and Easy On-Site Installation
Only a flat concrete or compacted gravel foundation is required for installation. All cutting, welding and drilling work is fully completed in the factory before shipment.
● Pre-reserved bolt holes, pre-installed door & window frames and complete sealing accessories are delivered together with each unit.
● Only a crane or forklift is needed for unloading, 2-3 workers can finish unfolding and full assembly within 3-4 hours with basic hand tools.
● All splicing joints are fitted with special sealing strips and matched structural sealant, no secondary waterproof construction is needed.
Reinforced Floor System
The floor structure adopts high-strength fireproof materials, with stable load-bearing capacity, suitable for long-term residential use.
● Main floor: 18mm thick magnesium oxide fireproof board, with excellent fire resistance and structural strength.
● Surface covering: 2mm thick light wood grain PVC wear-resistant layer, anti-slip, waterproof and easy to clean.
● The floor system is rated for a live load capacity of 2.5 kN/m², meeting daily usage needs.
Standard Features
● Entrance door: 1 set of 840*2035mm high-quality steel fireproof door, with three-point locking system for enhanced security.
● Windows: 4 sets of 930*930mm plastic steel inward-opening windows, with anti-mosquito screens, double-glazed for better thermal insulation.
● Internal layout: Standard 1-living room layout, maximum 4 bedrooms can be customized, 3-bedroom layout is optional; bathroom length can be adjusted as required.
● Maximum occupancy: 2-4 people for standard layout.
Complete Standard Electrical System
All wiring follows moisture-proof construction standards, and can be customized to meet the electrical certification requirements of different countries.
● Standard voltage: 220V/50Hz, can be adjusted to 110V/60Hz and other standards according to client needs.
● Standard configuration: 1 set of circuit system, 1 large ceiling light, international standard 3-hole and 5-hole sockets (can be customized to local standards), double-circuit and single-key switches.
● Wiring specification: 6mm² for incoming line, 4mm² for air conditioner sockets, 2.5mm² for ordinary sockets, 1.5mm² for lighting lines, can be customized to meet local certification requirements.
● Power load: 12KW standard, can be upgraded according to usage needs.
