If you want a ready-to-use house with a built-in outdoor leisure space, our 30ft Terrace Container House is a practical pick. This 30ft prefab house comes with a fixed, no-assembly-required terrace, so you get both indoor living space and an outdoor relaxation area without extra construction work.
We’ve pre-finished most parts in our factory—all wall panels, insulation, wiring, plumbing, and even the terrace railing are installed before delivery. When folded for transport, it fits on a standard 9m flatbed trailer, and one 40HQ high cube container can load 1 full unit. It’s perfect for holiday cabins, homestays, long-term family homes, and even small commercial kiosks with outdoor seating.

Most container houses need extra work to build a terrace, but this 30ft model solves that problem. It has a 9m main body with a fixed 2m-wide terrace on one side, no on-site welding or assembly needed for the outdoor space..

Heavy-Duty Galvanized Steel Frame
All load-bearing beams, columns, and terrace brackets are made of hot-dip galvanized steel to resist rust and corrosion, even in coastal or high-humidity areas.
● Main frame: 801403.0mm galvanized square tubes for top side beams, 801402.75mm galvanized square tubes for bottom side beams
● Terrace structure: 50502.0mm galvanized square tube brackets, with a 200kg/㎡ load capacity, enough for outdoor furniture and potted plants
● Lifting fittings: Standard L210W150H160mm galvanized lifting heads, easy for crane loading and unloading
The whole frame is coated with electrostatic baking paint for extra protection, with a service life of 15+ years under normal outdoor use.
Insulated Wall & Roof System
All wall and roof panels are pre-cut and pre-assembled in our factory, no secondary processing needed on your site.
● Exterior walls: 65mm thick EPS color steel sandwich panels, double-sided 0.3mm color steel sheets, with good weather resistance
● Interior partitions: 50mm thick EPS color steel sandwich panels, for sound insulation between rooms
● Roof system: 50mm thick EPS color steel composite panels + 0.4mm corrugated single board, with full waterproof treatment on all joints
All panels fit tightly with rubber seal strips to block rain and wind leakage.
Fast, Simple On-Site Installation
You don't need a professional construction team to finish the setup. Only a flat, level concrete or compacted gravel foundation is required.
● Pre-punched bolt holes, pre-installed window and door frames are standard
● All wiring and plumbing have pre-reserved flexible connecting ends, no messy on-site work
● The terrace railing is pre-installed, no extra assembly needed
● Two workers can finish full placement, leveling, and basic setup in about 2 hours with basic hand tools.
Sturdy Floor & Terrace Structure
Both the indoor floor and terrace are built to hold up to daily use without deformation.
● Indoor floor: 18mm thick fireproof magnesium board, covered with wear-resistant anti-slip PVC floor leather
● Terrace floor: 1.2mm thick galvanized steel plate with anti-slip treatment, with a full set of 1.1m high safety railing pre-installed
Complete Door, Window & Living Fixtures
We've pre-installed all the core fixtures you need to move in right away.
● Main entrance: 840*2035mm high-quality steel fire door
● Windows: 6 units of 930*930mm plastic steel inward-opening windows, double-glazed for better insulation and noise reduction
● Kitchen: Full-sized refrigerator, four-burner gas cooktop, and storage cabinets
● Bathroom: 900x900mm shower, toilet, and storage vanity
● Terrace: Pre-installed safety railing, ready for outdoor furniture as soon as the house is set up
Complete Pre-Wired Electrical System
The electrical system is fully assembled and tested before shipment, ready to connect to your local power grid.
● Standard voltage: 220V 50Hz; we can customize socket types and circuit standards to match US, EU, AU, and other national electrical codes
● Wiring specs: 6mm² main inlet wire, 4mm² for high-power appliances, 2.5mm² for regular sockets, 1.5mm² for lighting
● Pre-fitted fixtures: LED ceiling lights throughout, international 3-hole and 5-hole sockets, light switches, 50A electrical service, 200L electric water heater
● Total supported power: 12KW, enough for all daily home appliances.

Customer Cases
Transport & Installation Steps
Each whole house is prefabricated and folded compactly in our factory. All frames, wall boards, doors, windows and matching accessories are packed as one full set for sea or land delivery.
Site preparation: Level and compact the ground. Reinforced cement base is better for permanent use
Unloading: Use crane or forklift to move folded unit to fixed position
Level adjustment: Twist bottom support legs to keep whole frame horizontal
Unfold two side wings, lock all folding hinges and connecting bolts tightly
Mount doors and windows, connect house wire to local power supply
Seal all panel joints with matching structural glue
Final check: Test all lamps, sockets and door/window tightness
Two workers can finish all above steps within 2 hours, then the house can be put into use right away.
