Product Description

The external dimension of the 20ft Accommodation Folding Tiny Home is 5900mm×2480mm×2580mm,and the internal dimension is 5740mm*2320mm*2235mm. Eight units can fit into one 40HQ shipping container, which greatly cuts down ocean freight costs. Additionally, this type of building boasts a wide range of applications, such as offices, retail shops, temporary accommodation and warehouses. Multiple interior layout designs are available, including one-bedroom with one bathroom, one bedroom with a kitchen, as well as one bedroom with a kitchen and a bathroom, making it suitable for various scenarios.

Strong and Durable Steel Structure

Constructed with a hot-dip galvanized steel frame for enhanced corrosion resistance.

The main frame is made of 2mm galvanized steel with a zinc coating weight of 80g per square meter. M12×35 high-strength bolts are used for structural connections.

Designed for a service life of up to 10-15 years under normal operating conditions.

Insulated Wall System

Equipped with 50mm Rock Wool Core Panel. V-950 type 50mm thick color steel composite panel; 0.25mm color coated steel on both sides, flat white finish; Rock wool density: 55kg/m³; Single-sided film coating deviation control.

Provides an insulation value of approximately R-6.3 for enhanced thermal performance.

Fast and Easy Installation

Requires only a simple concrete or gravel foundation.

All cutting, welding, and drilling are completed at the factory before shipment.

After delivery, a crane is required to unfold the house from its folded state, with assistance from two to three workers. The whole installation takes less than one hour, featuring fast assembly and lower labor costs.

Reinforced Floor System

The floor base is 18mm magnesium oxide board with Class A fire resistance rating. The decorative surface layer on the base board is 1.6mm-thick PVC flooring, available in multiple color options.

Weather-Resistant Roof Design

The roof adopts 0.37mm color-coated steel single sheet. The thermal insulation layer is 100mm glass wool roll blanket with a density of 12kg/m³. A vapor barrier is applied as the moisture-proof layer. It delivers excellent thermal insulation, moisture resistance and waterproof performance.

How are they transported and installed?

Our folding flat pack container houses are engineered for ultra-space-saving shipping and super fast on-site assembly. The whole unit can be folded flat in factory, so multiple folded houses can be loaded into one 40HQ shipping container to cut ocean freight greatly. All frames, wall panels, roof parts, doors, windows and electrical fittings are fully prefabricated before delivery.

A flat and level ground foundation is required prior to installation. After offloading, simply use a crane to unfold the folded main frame, then only two to three workers can complete the whole assembly within one hour following our detailed installation manuals.
