Different from regular expandable container houses without outdoor decks, this 20ft terrace model adds a foldable covered patio as its core highlight. The main living cabin stays pre-assembled in our plant, and only the terrace section needs manual unfolding after delivery on site. After full expansion, you get a complete indoor studio plus an independent 2.4m×2.4m covered terrace (5.76 sq.m.) without taking extra permanent land space.

All steel frames, wall panels, door and window frames, plus full kitchen & bathroom fixtures are pre-installed before shipment. No on-site cutting, welding or complicated decoration work is required. The whole structure passes windproof, rainproof and seismic testing, and only needs flat concrete or compact gravel ground to place for short-term rental or long-term permanent living.
