This 38 square meter space capsule is our largest cabin model, built with integrated FRP shell. It offers two separate sleeping rooms and a spacious living zone within 38㎡ space. The futuristic sculpted look stands out in any scenic spot, with all daily living fixtures pre-installed. No complicated concrete base is needed, and field setup can be finished quickly. It works well as permanent housing for four family members, high-end holiday rental or remote field research station, with usable life over 30 years.

Product Description

The capsule measures 8.5m long, 4m wide and 2.6m tall. Two FRP outer shells are bonded together, filled with 75mm closed-cell PU foam insulation of R-22 grade between inner and outer layers. Outer gel coating comes in 12 color choices, with self-cleaning hydrophobic surface that resists dust and water stains.

Interior space is split into five functional zones: 10㎡ master bedroom with queen bed and storage closet; 8㎡ secondary bedroom with double bed; 12㎡ living & dining area with curved sofa and big panoramic glass; 4m full kitchen fitted with four-burner stove, oven, 150L fridge and dishwasher; 4㎡ washroom with full shower space, toilet and double vanity counter.

Complete internal circuit is pre-mounted: 16 LED lamps, ten power sockets, USB-C jacks and 100A distribution box, together with pre-installed 24000 BTU heat pump. Panoramic glass of living room and main bedroom adopts triple layered glass for better heat and sound insulation.

Whole unit weighs 5.5 tons. Flat low loader truck is required for delivery, and 15-ton crane is used for placing. It can be set directly on compact soil, gravel or concrete blocks with adjustable support feet, no foundation construction required. Customers can add optional off-grid water tanks including 200L fresh water, 100L grey water and 50L sewage tank. The whole cabin passes wind resistance test up to 150 mph and level four seismic standard. FRP shell never gets rusty, easy to fix without regular repainting, ideal for long-term use.

Anti-Rust Steel Frame & FRP Outer Shell

Main support frame uses hot-dip galvanized steel, all welding points are treated for rust prevention. Outer part is one-piece molded FRP material, free of rust and regular paint maintenance.

Integrated molding brings high overall rigidity. Curved exterior surface guides rain and wind smoothly, suitable for mountain, coastal and other outdoor scenes under normal use up to 30 years.

High Efficient Insulation Layer

75mm closed-cell PU foam filled between inner and outer FRP shells reaches R-22 insulation index. It stabilizes indoor temperature steadily even at -30°C to +50°C extreme climate, cutting cooling and heating power consumption.

Quick & Simple On-Site Installation

Only flat compacted ground, gravel or concrete blocks are needed as base, no cement foundation required.

All wiring, water pipelines and furniture assembly are completed in factory before shipment.

After truck delivery, staff lift the capsule with crane, adjust support feet for balance, then connect water and power supply. All work can be finished within three hours with ordinary hand tools.

Wear Resistant Floor & Interior Decoration

Floor base adopts 18mm cement fiber board covered with solid wood composite floor. Ceiling and wall panels combine fluorocarbon aluminum sheet and bamboo charcoal fiber board, smooth and scratch resistant for long time use.

Aluminum veneer entry door with intelligent access lock; all windows adopt 6+16A+6 hollow Low-E glass for heat preservation.

Full lighting set including downlights and light strips, matched Chint sockets and integrated distribution box with standard PPR water inlet pipes.

Complete bathroom hardware, kitchen appliances and bedroom storage furniture are all delivered together.

All-Weather Outer Protection

Integrated FRP shell has no assembly gaps to avoid water seepage. The material resists ultraviolet ray, salt mist and chemical corrosion, staying intact under various harsh outdoor conditions.

The whole cabin passes hurricane and seismic test, with high safety performance for long-term residence.

Transport & Installation Guide

The whole capsule is fully assembled in factory and delivered as one integrated unit, with all wall plates, steel frames, doors, windows and interior furniture packed together.

Before unloading, flatten and compact the construction ground. Use low loader truck and 15-ton crane to place the capsule, adjust four support feet to keep balance, then link water and electric pipelines. The whole process takes about three hours.

This capsule simplifies field management work, and can be quickly put into use as family residence, scenic glamping house and field research station.
