Our 18 sqm single-person capsule home draws inspiration from real space station modules. Product Description

The capsule measures 5.5m long, 3.2m wide, with its highest central point reaching 2.4m. It provides 18 sqm of usable floor space. Two FRP half-shells are bonded together to create the primary frame. Sandwiched between inner and outer panels sits 50mm closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation rated R-14. This layer stabilises indoor comfort when outside temperatures swing between -20°C and 45°C.

Walk inside, and you will see an open single room. It holds a 1.4m wide built-in bed base, slim desk, wardrobe and separate wet bathroom. All bathroom pipework is fitted within our factory. Standard bathroom gear includes a 15-litre electric water heater, macerator toilet and dedicated shower drainage. The floor uses integrated FRP finished with anti-slip gelcoat.

Both 12V and 220V wiring runs through the whole capsule. Standard fittings include four dimmable LED ceiling lamps, three USB ports, two twin power sockets and one 16A power inlet. If you want to operate away from grid power, we offer optional upgrades: a 100Ah 12V battery pack and 150W solar panel.

Each capsule weighs only 2,500kg. Flatbed trucks handle transport easily, while a medium crane or HIAB-equipped truck can position the unit. Permanent concrete foundations are not required. It sits directly on compacted soil, gravel or concrete blocks, supported by four adjustable levelling feet.

FRP outer surfaces never rust and do not demand frequent repainting. This material holds up well under UV exposure, salt mist and chemical corrosion. Its curved profile lets rainwater slide off naturally, cutting routine maintenance and extending overall service life.

High-grade FRP builds the full outer casing. It resists corrosion and rust, so owners can skip regular paint jobs.

One-piece moulding brings solid structural strength and rigidity. Under normal daily use, the service life can exceed 30 years.

This curved outline lowers wind load and guards against rain damage, making the capsule suitable for nearly all outdoor sites.

Stable Thermal Insulation

We fill the gap between inner and outer FRP panels with 50mm closed-cell polyurethane foam, holding an R-14 insulation rating.

This thick insulation balances indoor temperatures. Rooms stay warm during cold winters and cool through hot summers, even facing extreme weather ranging from -20°C up to 45°C.

Fast, Simple Site Assembly

Flat, compacted ground is all you need. There is no requirement to pour concrete foundations.

All prefabrication tasks, including wiring, pipe fitting and fixture mounting, get finished at our factory before delivery.

After offloading, workers move the capsule into place, adjust four support feet for levelling, then hook up water and power. Complete installation takes less than two hours with basic hand tools.

Strengthened Floor Build

The floor comes as a single integrated FRP component coated with anti-slip gelcoat. It copes with constant abrasion and remains easy to wipe clean.

Transport & Installation Steps

We ship the capsule as a fully pre-assembled whole unit. Every structural frame, interior fixture, cable and water pipe gets fitted in our factory before shipment.

Before unloading, clients only need to level and compact ground on location. Once lifted into place via crane or HIAB truck, workers adjust support feet to keep balance and connect utilities. Installation can wrap up entirely within two hours.
