Product Description

This capsule measures 7m long, 3.5m wide and 2.5m high. It is formed by bonding two FRP outer casings, filled with 60mm closed-cell PU foam insulation (R-16 grade) between inner and outer layers. The inner wall adopts smooth gel coating, available in five color choices, easy to wipe clean.

The interior splits into four functional zones: 12㎡ lounge with large curved panoramic window and mini kitchen; 9m² private bedroom with fixed double bed and storage wardrobe; 4㎡ washroom with independent shower zone, toilet and vanity counter; the rest 3㎡ serves as entry hallway.

The small kitchen holds stainless steel sink, dual induction cooker, 60L under-counter fridge and wall cabinets. The bathroom matches a 30L electric hot water tank, piano-style shower set, three-in-one air heating bathroom heater, smart toilet and cosmetic mirror.

Internal circuit includes 12V lighting circuit with eight lamps, six 220V power sockets and a 32A power inlet. Pre-reserved wiring is prepared for 9000 BTU split air conditioner. The big panoramic window uses double curved Low-E glass to block ultraviolet rays.

The whole capsule weighs only 3.8 tons, transportable via flat truck. Users just put it on flat compacted ground with four adjustable support feet, no foundation construction required. Customers may pick extra off-grid kits including 800W solar panels, 200Ah lithium battery and rain collecting system. Its unique exterior attracts lots of resort and short rental operators. The FRP outer wall never rusts and needs little daily maintenance.

Solid Anti-Rust Frame & FRP Shell

The supporting frame uses hot-dip galvanized steel, with anti-rust treatment at all welding joints. Outer casing is one-piece molded FRP material, free of rust and regular repainting.

Integrated forming brings strong whole rigidity. The streamline outer surface guides rain and wind away efficiently, suitable for seaside, mountain and other outdoor sites under normal use up to 30 years.

Efficient Thermal Insulation Layer

60mm closed-cell PU foam fills space between inner and outer FRP shells, reaching R-16 insulation performance. It stabilizes indoor temperature well both in cold winter and hot summer, cutting cooling and heating power consumption.

Simple Fast On-site Installation

Only flat compacted soil, gravel or concrete blocks are needed as base, no cement foundation required.

All wiring, water pipes and furniture installation are completed inside factory before delivery.

After truck delivery, staff lift the capsule in place, adjust supporting feet for levelness then connect water and power supply. All work can be finished within two hours with common hand tools.

Wear-Resistant Floor & Interior Trim

Base floor adopts 18mm cement fiber board covered with solid wood composite floor. Ceiling and wall panels combine fluorocarbon aluminum sheet and bamboo charcoal board, smooth and scratch-resistant for long-term use.

Aluminum alloy entry door with intelligent access lock; all windows adopt 6+16A+6 hollow Low-E glass for heat preservation.

All-Weather Outer Structure

Transport & Installation Guide

The whole capsule is fully assembled inside factory and shipped as one complete unit, with all wall boards, steel frames, doors, windows and interior furniture packed together.

Before unloading, flatten and compact the construction ground. Use crane or truck lifting arm to put the capsule in position, adjust four supporting feet to keep balance, then link water and electric pipelines. The whole process takes about two hours.

This capsule simplifies field management work, and can be quickly put into use as family residence, scenic glamping house and short-term rental housing.
