Standard Fast Assemble Container House

Speed is what sells this one. Patented folding hinge design, two people, no tools, full shelter in under an hour. Corrugated galvanized steel body, aluminum chequer plate floor — tough stuff. And it ships tight: 18 units per 20ft container. Ideal for emergency shelters, site huts, ticket booths, anywhere you need shelter on short notice.

Features

Product Description

The Standard Fast Assemble Container House is built entirely around speed. Two people can go from a folded bundle to a fully enclosed shelter in under an hour - no tools, no loose bolts, no measuring required.

The trick is a patented hinge-and-fold system. Floor, side walls and roof are all pre-connected with heavy-duty steel piano hinges. You unfold the walls outward, lift the roof into position, and lock the corner latches. That is basically it. For situations where you need shelter right now - disaster response, remote work sites, event setups - nothing beats how quick this thing goes up.

Customer Cases

Disaster response organizations are some of our steadiest buyers for this model. When an earthquake or flood hits, they need shelter on site the same day - and folding tents just do not hold up in heavy rain or wind the way steel does. One international relief agency keeps a stock of these pre-positioned in warehouses across three continents, ready to ship at a moment notice.

Construction companies also use them as quick site offices and tool sheds. Since you do not need a forklift or special equipment to unload them, they work on remote sites where access is limited. Event organizers pick them up for ticket booths and first-aid stations too - set up in the morning, taken down after the event, and everything fits back on one truck.

How are they transported and installed?

The Standard Fast Assemble Container House travels folded flat and takes up very little space. Eighteen units stack inside a standard 20ft container, so shipping costs per unit are low. At only 180 kg folded, most sites can unload them with just two people - no crane or forklift needed.

Installation is straightforward. Pick a reasonably level spot, unfold the side walls outward, lift the roof panels up, and lock the four corner latches. Screw in the four included earth augers to hold it down, or bolt it to a concrete slab if you have one. The whole process takes roughly an hour for two people, and you do not need any tools beyond what comes in the package.

Because there are almost no separate parts and nothing to assemble piece by piece, it is very hard to get wrong. That is a big reason it works so well for emergency deployments where crews might be working under pressure.

Why Choose Us?

We designed this model specifically for situations where speed and reliability matter more than anything else. The hinge mechanism is patented and tested - not a cheap copy that binds or breaks after a couple of deployments. The steel gauge is what we say it is, no shaving fractions of a millimeter to save cost.

Come by the factory if you can. Watch one go from folded to fully set up in real time, try the latches yourself, and check the welds on the subframe. We think you will notice the difference versus lower-priced alternatives.

A few quick facts:

  • Most distributors place an order right after their factory visit
  • High repeat order rate from relief and construction clients
  • 46,000 sqm production facility
  • Annual capacity around 3,000 units across all models

FAQ

Q: Do you manufacture these or source them from someone else?

A: We build them in our own factory. The hinge mechanism is our patented design, and we control every step from stamping the steel to final assembly.

Q: What is the typical lead time?

A: If we have stock on hand, 10 to 20 days. Production orders depend on quantity - usually 20 to 35 days for a full container load.

Q: Can I get a sample unit first? Is there a cost?

A: Yes. The unit itself is free of charge - you just cover the shipping cost to your location.

Q: How does payment work?

A: 30% deposit to confirm the order, remaining 70% before the goods ship out.

Q: Does it need a foundation?

A: Not really. A reasonably flat and level patch of ground is fine - the included earth augers hold it down. If you want something more permanent, you can bolt it to a concrete slab using the pre-drilled holes in the base frame.

Q: Is it warm enough for winter use?

A: The base model only has a thermal mat on the floor - walls and roof are uninsulated. It is fine for temperate climates or short-term use, but for cold weather we recommend adding the optional interior insulation liner. Even then, it is more of a three-season shelter than a full winter home.
