Each unit opens to 6m by 2.4m by 2.6m, or about 14.4m². Ten-millimeter steel corner castings and interlocking stacking pins are specified for the multi-level arrangement. A removable 800mm by 800mm floor opening can align with a roof hatch on an upper unit. That gives the designer a route for an internal stair or ladder connection. Conduits through the corner posts allow electrical and data cables to move between levels, with rubber gaskets used at the joints to help control water entry.

The wall package uses 50mm polyurethane foam sandwich panels with 0.5mm steel skins. The frame has 3mm galvanized C-sections at corners and edges, plus cross-bracing described for seismic resistance. These features should be matched to the final structural calculations rather than treated as a substitute for site-specific design.
