Key Features of Folding Houses
Structural Materials: Typically uses a galvanized steel frame or low-alloy high-strength structural steel to ensure wind resistance and durability. Composite panels often use fire-resistant and heat-insulating materials such as rock wool, balancing safety and energy efficiency.
Mobility: Can be transported via logistics or picked up by the customer. Common external dimensions are 3×6×2.8 meters (customizable). Flooring often uses 1.6mm thick non-slip and wear-resistant materials such as plastic.
Installation Process:
- Step 1: Foundation Preparation: Level the ground; a foundation bearing capacity ≥80kPa is recommended.
- Step 2: Frame Assembly: Connect the galvanized steel components according to the numbering; bolt torque should reach 45-50 N·m.
- Step 3: Wall Panel Installation: Rock wool composite panels are fixed using slots; joints must be sealed with sealant.
