40ft Two Bedrooms Container House
This 40ft fixed-size container house has enough room for couples or small families. Its outer length reaches 12.192m, inner width 2.352m, with total usable area 28.7 sq.m. The internal layout is practical: two big bedrooms each sized 3.6m×2.4m, a spacious living room (4.2m×2.4m), independent kitchen (2.4m×2.4m), bathroom (2.4m×1.2m) and storage closet (1.2m×1.2m).

Product Description
Wall and ceiling adopt 75mm rock wool boards with R-16 insulation grade. The floor uses 18mm plywood covered by 3mm luxury vinyl flooring.
The kitchen area comes with stainless steel double sink, four-burner gas stove with oven, 200L fridge and soft-close upper & lower cabinets.
The bathroom is equipped with 900×900mm glass shower cabin, dual flush toilet, 600mm vanity cabinet and 50L electric water heater.
Six double glazed windows are installed in total: two for each bedroom and two in the living room, all fitted with fly screens and roller blinds. The front door is insulated steel door with multi-point lock for safety.
Internal electric set includes 10 embedded LED spotlights, 8 wall power sockets, 40A power inlet and 12-way surge protection breaker box.
Outer wall surface is sprayed with RAL9010 white polyester paint; buyers can pick other RAL colors without extra cost. The flat roof has a 2% drainage slope covered by EPDM waterproof membrane, which can bear snow load up to 1.5 kN/m².
This model is fully pre-assembled before delivery. It needs flatbed truck and crane for transportation and placement. After fixing on concrete base, water and electricity connection only takes around two hours.
It works well as permanent auxiliary housing, mountain or lakeside holiday cabin, staff dormitory with two separate sleeping rooms. Two such units can be stacked with external stairs to form a two-story house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sturdy Anti-Rust Steel Frame
The whole frame adopts hot-dip galvanized steel to stop rust.
3mm thick C-shaped steel beams are used, which make the whole structure firm and rigid after assembly.

All roof panels, floor boards, wall frames, columns, doors, windows and small fittings are pre-produced in factory and packed separately for delivery.
